Dillon Nichols has diverse litigation and transactional experience. Dillon graduated from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law. Following graduation, Dillon began practicing with Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP (now part of the global law firm Dentons), a premier Midwest business law firm in Louisville, Kentucky. Dillon’s litigation experience includes employment disputes, whistleblower claims, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Dillon’s transactional experience includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work. Having practiced in a variety of contexts and practice areas, Dillon has honed a unique ability to adapt quickly to the client’s evolving needs.

Dillon lives in Evanston, Illinois with his wife and two sons. He enjoys sailing, biking, and running. He’s an avid traveler having visited more than 30 countries and counting. His wife owns a boutique, vintage car dealership in Lake Bluff, Illinois and they often spend time in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin — on the lake and watching races at Road America.
